Essential Package
We offer an essential package for on-the-day event management.
We would manage the event and timeline according to your needs.
Oversee all staff during set up and the actual event.
Three meetings of an hour each ( Planning, confirming, final details)
Fourth meeting which will be a site visit.
On the day, event management from 8 am to 11 pm.
All other meetings are charged at R350 per hour.
Extra hours are charged at R350 per hour.
Transport costs for the site visit and event management are based on AA rates.
Kindly supply accommodation if not within the Nelson Mandela Bay metro.

Bespoke Package
Event planning can be tedious if you do not have the relevant suppliers at hand.
We offer a package where we can gather quotes and information on all suppliers or services needed.
This package allows for choice without having to waste time.
Our fee structure is based on a basic planning fee and on-the-day management service, with a surcharge placed on accepted quotes from suppliers and service providers.

Unlimited meeting times, phone calls and emails,
Two onsite visits before the event is set up.
Event management would also include set up and strike days of one each.
Supplying all quotes with a 5% surcharge on all accepted quotes of suppliers and service providers.
Transport costs for the site visit and event management are based on AA rates.
